Warranty information

We offer a 12 months Australian warranty for any manufacturer defects. Your item will need to be returned to our office in Sydney where we will take action about your claim and have your item either repaired or replaced.

Your item will then be returned to your nominated address at no cost to you. Warranty does not cover - data, software lose or damage by virus, damage to other equipment or data used in conjunction with this unit or business lose due to malfunctions.

Please note: Faults caused by Liquid or Physical Damage are not covered by any Manufacturer Limited Warranty.
